Our Brainerd MN rental cabin is ideally located in the Brainerd Lakes Area. It is the perfect destination for your next family trip to the Brainerd Lakes Area. Our rental cabin is centrally located in the Brainerd Lakes Area and provides the privacy of your own rental cabin in the woods.
Basic Rental Cabin Property Rules
(ANY of these Violations will terminate the Rental Agreement}
Basic Rental Cabin Rules:
- No Loud Parties at Rental Cabin
- No Bacherlore/bachelorette Events
- No Pets Allowed Inside the Cabin
- No Smoking inside of the Cabin
- Maximum of (8) sleeping at Cabin
- No Sub-Letting of Rental Lease
Rules for Cabin Property:
- No Hunting/Shooting on Property
- NO ATV Use Allowed on Property
- NO Off-Trail Use of Snowmobiles
- No Fireworks Allowed on Property
- NO Cutting ANY trees or Timber
- NO Fires Outside Campfire Areas

Brainerd Lakes Cabin Rentals:
Our Brainerd Lakes rental cabin welcomes family-orientated activities. Our rental cabin in Brainerd Minnesota is not designed for wild parties. We encourage guests to enjoy themselves while staying at our cabin but LOUD parties will NOT be tolerated there. We strongly suggest rethinking the booking our rental cabin in Brainerd MN if your intention is to host a bachelor, or bachelorette, party at our Brainerd Lakes cabin. We have several neighbors living within 400 yards of our Brainerd MN rental cabin. We share a common road. The local authorities will be called in the event of noise complaints from our neighbors. The total number of guests staying at the cabin can’t exceed the number of registered guests. We reserve the right to terminate cabin rental agreements in the event of noise complaints, number violations, or interventions from local authorities. Any cabin stays terminated for these reasons will forfeit their damage deposit and be charged a prorated fee for those days stayed at our Brainerd rental cabin plus a $100 service fee.
Family Friendly Atmosphere
Brainerd Snowmobile Rental Cabins:
Snowmobiles are welcome at our rental cabin in Brainerd Minnesota. Their use, however, is LIMITED to (3) designated areas. These areas include; the snowmobile unloading area, the snowmobile parking lot, and the snowmobile trail which connects the snowmobile parking lot to the Merrifield Snowmobile Trail. The entire woods around our VRBO rental cabin have been planted with white pine seedlings. No other snowmobile use, of any kind, is premitted on our property. ANY snowmobile use, or snowmobile tracks found, outside of these (3) designated areas will result in the forfeiture of your entire Brainerd Lakes rental cabin damage deposit.

Brainerd MN Cabin Activities:
There are several ATV trails, complete with parking lots, close to our Brainerd Lakes rental cabin. Guests are welcome to bring their trailered ATVs onto our cabin property and store them overnight, but the ATVs must remain on their trailers while they are on our Brainerd Lakes rental cabin property. NO EXCEPTIONS! The entire woods around our VRBO rental cabin have been planted with white pine seedlings. No ATV use on our driveway or woods surrounding our rental cabin in Brainerd MN is premitted. Any ATV use, or reports of ATV use by neighbors, on driveways or cabin property will result in the forfeiture of your Brainerd cabin rental damage deposit.
Brainerd Rental Cabin Rules:
We have a designated fire pit at our Brainerd Lakes rental cabin. It is located directly behind the rental cabin. Guests are welcome to enjoy outdoor bonfires while staying at our rental cabin in Brainerd, Minnesota but some conditions apply; The first is that bonfires are only allowed when there is not a fire ban. Guests will be notified when Crow Wing County has banned outdoor fires due to dry conditons. The second is all fires must be within reason and not exceed the size of our fire ring. The third is that only the split wood we provide may be used. We have an endless supply of split wood available at our Brainerd Lakes rental cabin. Guests are welcome to use all the wood they want during their stay but they are not allowed to cut down, carve, or damage any trees on the property. Any destruction of trees on our Brainerd Lakes rental cabin property will result in the automatic forfeiture of your entire damage deposit.
